This series explores love as it exists now, as an ever-present force shaping intimacy, perception, and the lived experience of being. It attends to the beauty that resides in each of us and in life itself, not as memory or nostalgia, but as a vivid, unfolding reality.
Conceived as an homage to Erwin Olaf †, the work engages with his ability to reveal vulnerability and grace through careful composition. In this series, stillness and presence coexist, allowing the ordinary and the profound to resonate equally.
At the same time, it is a testament to the love shared between me and my partner and to a conscious devotion to life, a celebration of the here and now. The typewritten texts, physically inscribed and re-photographed, emphasize materiality, process, and the immediacy of the present moment.
Together, image and language form a quiet meditation on the beauty inherent in life, in each of us, and in the intimate connections that define our existence....
//
there,
where words do not know how to touch
folklore meets the human eye
temptation remains untouched
every touch carries meaning
and the light of beauty radiates
the image performs its wondrous work
and the clock seems to have forgotten its own time, that of the infinite, the timeless,
the true desire to be within the moment
I step out of my shadow
in seeing what had remained unseen,
until now
here
is where the moment
speaks
broken are
my pieces
not
\\
may love be with you,
