As a reminder, the Black & White International Photo Awards call for entries concluded with the publication of the results in early April, with the recognition of three grand prize winners: Simone Morelli, Adam Neuba and James Rokop, in addition to a dozen finalists.
We therefore invite all lovers of black and white photography to come and meet us on Saturday, November 15th during the opening reception which will start at 6 p.m. at la galerie Joseph Froissart, 7 Rue Froissart, 75003, Paris in order to celebrate together the talent and creativity of the artists exhibited.
For exhibiting photographers who are automatically invited, and those who choose to travel to meet us in Paris during the opening reception, we would like to point out that they will have the opportunity to come along with the people of their choice from their family or friends, with no restriction on numbers.
- November 14: Hanging of prints and frames on the wall
- November 15: Opening reception at 6 p.m. with the photographers in attendance
- November 16: Official opening of the exhibition to the public
- November 17: Penultimate day of the event
- November 18: Last day. Unhanging and removal of frames from the walls starting at 6 p.m.
The call for entries for the Black & White International Photo Awards competition is currently closed.
For your information, each year, starting in the first week of January, the competition reopens for a new edition. The next call for entries will therefore take place in the first week of January 2026.
The B&W IPA is a photography competition dedicated to the discipline of black and white. Monochrome is therefore the only criterion to consider when entering.
Photographers from all over the world can compete in various categories of our competition, as long as the work is exclusively in black and white.
The competition jury is announced one month before the competition opens, in December of each year. Most of the jury members change from year to year.
In addition to receiving a $2,000 cash prize, the finalist winners of the competition will have their work exhibited at a unique annual event organized by the competition team in an iconic location that is generally announced before the start of the competition.
