In the Faroe Islands, or anywhere for that matter, it is important to stay focused on what you have available to shoot instead of dwell on what you could have shot had the sun been out in perfect weather. And a good number of my shots during this trip looked better in black and white as you can see here. Despite the rain and wind everyday for 7 days and the bronchitis for 2 weeks afterwards, it was still a great trip. Because I learned and I improved. That's always a win.
