These series of Photos taken in Tokyo combines my love for street photography, black & white shots, and patterns.

Street Photography has an element of serendipity and chance. You need that luck to be at the right place and right time. At the same time, you need that eye of a photographer to capture that fleeting chance moment. Our world of colors, while visually appealing sometimes distracts us from the truly important stuff. Only in a monochrome world, can we more easily focus on what the essence is. Lastly, our Minds is always on the lookout for patterns and predictability. It is almost as if these patterns provides a form of emotional anchor and stability, giving our anxious Minds, much need respite.
